To develop the transparent encryption software with our SDK you should download the both "On-the-fly File Encryption SDK" and "Encryption Filter Driver" installers for the target platforms. "On-the-fly File Encryption SDK" should be installed on a developer machine. It contains the neccessary tools, include files, libraries and samples. "Encryption Filter Driver" should be installed on a target machine. It contains the core components of the transparent encryption engine - the file system filter driver and the service application.
